Ok

I love the idea of the portable washer for light loads while camping. But after several uses it doesn’t want to drain…have tried to contact the company for the last 2 years. And occasionally a reply but not a resolve to this issue. So customer service is poor and non existent. They had delays in getting the product out and this should have been a major sign to cancel and not pursue…I know others who still are able to use their machines and enjoy them. But they are concerned, if something is to break there is no one providing customer care. Feeling disappointed in this purchase. I currently don’t reccomend this company:(

I used this washer After 6 wash/ double rinse cycles, the foot pump gear was stripping and not catching. They sent me a second gear set- after 4 wash/ rinse cycles, same thing. Foot pump skip not turning drum, same issue. Then we get a 3rd gear set, same issues,, The system is not made to last more than 5 wash rinse cycles. I am a retired combat Soldier, always want to support CANADIAN businesses. Not impressed with the lack of quality. You can take this back, return my money for a full refund

Amazing !!!

So easy to pedal its gyrates like butter. Extremely high quality product. Well made, strong materials. Soooo happy, absolutely delighted with this purchase. Definitely worth every penny.
