Poor customer service, stay away from this company

I have made multiple requests to cancel my order before it was shipped. However, no response from this company so far to process my cancellation. I am not sure if I can get my money back. Stay away from this company!

Worst customer service ever

I have submitted multiple requests to cancel my order but no response so far from this company. It's stated in their policy that you can cancel your order before the drumi is shipped. I cancelled my order before it was shipped. However, no one from this company responded to my request. Can someone process my request for cancellation and issue me the refund?

Simple Life Motivator

I have 6 years of experience with hand-wash clothes. Then my husband got a job and shifted to use coin laundry of our apartment (2.5 CND per load). I decided to buy this for saving money as well as make our life more conscious.

This product backed to my previous life and much easier since
I don't have to wear gloves and wring.

How much soap do I need?
what about the drain water? Is it too soapy or not?
What is the best way to hang clothes?
How long does it take to dry?

It requires me to experiment and this is one of the
